  • Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

  • Depending on the choice of delivery methods and products, our delivery times vary. Normally, the goods are delivered within 1-4 days unless otherwise agreed.
  • NB! Orders placed on weekends to be sent by post will not be sent until the following Monday at the earliest.
  • Should delivery delays occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: order@spiskiruna.se.
  1. Rates
  • All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices are including 12% or 25% VAT depending on the product.
  • We reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
  1. Withdrawal
  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

    This does not apply to groceries, pastries, caterings, special orders, see more under section 5.3.

    5.2 When using your right of withdrawal:

  • You have to let me know you're having second-guessing. The message should be sent to us order@spiskiruna.se within 30 days. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number and the goods to which the return applies must be clearly stated.
  • You should immediately and at the latest within 20 days of the withdrawal notice return the products to us.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products on return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging.
  • On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the goods in the case of used or damaged product.
  • 5.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • We accept no liability for any indirect damage that may occur as a result of the product.
  • We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the company's current (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labour conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from supplier.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
